What Is the Camera Recorder Tool?
This camera recorder lets you capture video directly from your webcam in the browser using the MediaRecorder API. You can record with or without audio, pause and resume recording, and download the result as a WebM file. All processing happens locally — no video data is uploaded to any server.
How to Record Video
- Click Start Camera and grant camera access when prompted.
- Toggle Include Audio on or off before recording.
- Click Record to start capturing video. A timer shows elapsed time.
- Use Pause/Resume to temporarily stop recording.
- Click Stop to finish recording and preview the result.
- Click Download Recording to save the video as a .webm file.
